Job Summary
Responsiblefor all Human Resources related activities. Implements organization andleadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to addressroot causes of human resources issues. Manages the employee relations programs.

Job Responsibilities

·        Responsible for all HR relatedactivities.

·        Has responsibility for theimplementation of department budget and corporate policies.

·        Responsible for any analysis regardingacquisitions, mergers, and integrations.

·        Implements organization and leadershipdevelopment efforts, working with employees, and managers to address rootcauses of human resources issues.

·        Manages the employee relations programsincluding, but not limited to, employee counseling, interpretation of policies,equal employment opportunity programs, new employment orientation and employeerecreation and service programs.

·        Executes company-wide programs andinitiatives
